It'll be awhile before I get things up and running here - I just have so little time these days - I'm not complaining, just telling it like it is.
On a good note - I've come up with a project I think I can find the time for. I'm going back into the darkroom every Sunday for a few hours. My plan is to make prints for Mae - prints I really like - and hope she'll like. I keep having this awful feeling like something might happen to me - and Mae will forget me. I want her to have something her old dad made with his own hands -- from start to finish. I'm hoping to make at least one nice print a week -- and I plan on doing it for everyone in my family -- but Mae first -- she's the baby...
Thankfully, it's a long weekend here in Canada -- we all need it -- I'm just hoping the weather turns a little nicer...
OH! -- and the Warblers have found their way here -- I spotted my second Scarlet Tanager yesterday - and I showed Alison, who now knows the difference between it and a Cardinal. My first Scarlet Tanager was in Mexico City -- I was with a few clients when I spotted the bird up in a tree and about lost my mind -- fortunately, my clients were familiar with my bird fever...
So -- be on the lookout!
