I can't believe Labor Day is just around the corner. Just this morning I heard a Red Breasted Nuthatch outside my window, which usually signals to me that fall is upon us. I can't complain, the last week has been warm and sunny for the most part, and we're expecting more of the same this week.

I'm off to workout. I'm in my fourth week of a rebuilding project, and things are coming along just fine. I feel better, my clothes fit better, and I don't get winded picking up the morning paper. I should be in top form by the time baby gets here.

Just five days to go until the long weekend rolls around. Hang in there - and remember to stretch.
